It seems like the days just keep passing by. I can’t believe that Sam is three and Will has become a little boy in the blink of an eye. They are quickly leaving behind all traces of their babyhood.
It’s bittersweet.
This phase is full of wonder and excitement. They both can genuinely return love with hugs, kisses and I love yous. In many ways parenting these little people now is more rewarding than when they were little babes (more challenging too). Everyday I am excited to see what new thing they will discover. The World is their playground and it’s great fun to watch them explore it.
I wanted to freeze this time in our life so we booked a family photo session. We haven’t had family pics done since Will was born so it’s amazing to look back and see just how much the munchkins have grown.
Lindsay from LinDC Photography did a great job capturing our family. She caught Will’s devilish smile and Sam’s sweet side and some really great shots of the boys, and our family, interacting with each other. I just know that for years to come I’ll be looking back on these and remembering what a sweet time this is with my family.
